1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EMRAI platform operated by Krasyn Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

EMRAI is an AI-native outpatient electronic medical records (EMR) platform designed for clinical documentation, order entry, medication management, and practice operations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose as a clinical EMR. You shall not:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access data outside your authorized scope
• Use the platform for non-clinical commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operations

5. HIPAA Compliance

Use of EMRAI for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) requires a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between Krasyn Inc. and the covered entity. Users must comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations.

6. AI Features

EMRAI incorporates AI-assisted features for clinical decision support. All AI-generated suggestions are advisory only and must be reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider before clinical action is taken. Krasyn Inc. does not provide medical advice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all clinical data entered into the platform. Krasyn Inc. acts as a data processor and will not use clinical data for purposes other than providing the service, unless required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krasyn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
